Methods Of Managing A Smart Home

To date, the development of a smart house management system is a priority for the development of automated systems. Modern smart house systemwith an open architecture, each of the systems operates in optimum mode by interchangering data with other building systems, thus maximizing system-wide performance.
There are the following methods of managing a smart house:
- Automatic control of a smart house based on sensors;
- Managing a smart house with remote control and control panels;
- remote control.
Automatic management of smart house based on sensors
The sensor and micro control system is used to manage systems such as climate control systems, security systems, lighting control systems, access control systems, etc. The system contains the following types of sensors: a presence sensor, a smoke sensor, a motion sensor, a temperature sensor, a lighting transmitter, a water flow sensor, etc. The architecture of the automatic control of the house based on sensors is presented in figure 1.

Driver and presence
Traffic sensors are automatic infrared switches. Infrared radiation sensors are charged with tagging a man, and as soon as a man appears in their area of operation, they give the crew a drive to a micro controller, then the micro controller gives the crew a " close contact " to the real part - and the light is on.
Typical error is the installation of a motion sensor not in the passageway rooms (corrodor, staircase, storage) but in rooms where the person is permanently present.
The variety of infrared switches is the presence sensors. They also light the light when a person enters the detection zone. But their sensitivity is a few times higher than previous products, so they're responding even to the slightest move. Typically, the ceiling sensors cover the entire room [1].
